What This Means

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "selling" includes sharing personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

We do not engage in this practice.

What We Do With Your Data

Your personal information is used only to:

Provide the TrueYouMatch service
Create and maintain your Digital Twin
Facilitate matches and conversations
Process payments (via Stripe)
Improve our service
Ensure safety and prevent fraud

Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate:

Supabase: Database hosting
AWS: Cloud infrastructure
Stripe: Payment processing
OpenAI/Anthropic: AI services

These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing their services to us.
