• We do NOT track precise GPS location

• Create and manage your Digital Twin (AI profile)
• Facilitate matches and Twin conversations
• Process payments for premium features

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 With Other Users

• Your display name and age
• Photos (only after mutual photo reveal)
• Information shared through your Twin conversations
• Location (city-level only, e.g., "West Hollywood")

3.2 With Service Providers

• Cloud hosting: Supabase, AWS
• Payment processing: Stripe
• AI services: OpenAI (Whisper), Anthropic (Claude), ElevenLabs
• Analytics: For app improvement only

We require all service providers to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

• Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
• Inactive accounts: May be deleted after 12 months of inactivity
• Deleted accounts: Data deleted within 30 days
• Legal holds: Data may be retained if required by law
• Backup data: May persist in backups for up to 90 days

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access and Portability

Update your profile information within the app at any time.

Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will:

• Remove your profile and photos
• Delete your Twin profile
• End all active connections
• Remove your data within 30 days
• Cancel any active subscriptions

5.4 Opt-Out

• Push notifications: Manage in device settings
• Marketing emails: Unsubscribe link in emails
• Analytics: Contact us to opt out

6. Children's Privacy

TrueYouMatch.ai is only for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to:

• Delete personal information
